Bethany Community offers you three distinct residential options. Our three communities - Winona Shores, Bethel Manors and Bethany Home - are connected by easy-access hallways. Winona Shores and Bethel Manors are designed for residents age 62+ based on income guidelines set by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Our Neighborhoods

• Winona Shores opened in 2003 with 27 spacious homes. The homes feature wall-to-wall carpeting in the living room and bedroom, a well-appointed kitchen, private bathroom with a shower unit, ample closet space, telephone hook-ups, air conditioning sleeves to accommodate an air conditioner and a 24-hour emergency response system.
  
  
• Bethel Manors offer 132 homes in two buildings. Bethel Manor I is a two-story building that offers 63 homes. Bethel Manor II is comprised of three stories and has 69 homes. The two buildings share a lakeside patio gazebo and its homes offer you a full kitchen with oak cabinets, a spacious living room and bedroom, a private bathroom and ample closet space.
  
  
• At Winona Shores and Bethel Manors services are a la carte, meaning you choose the number of meals per day you desire to eat, and you have a variety of personal and health services to choose from, including medicine management, bathing services, housekeeping, laundry and more. Your home means your choices.
  
  
• We have 12 homes in Bethel Manor that are specially designed for people with mobility challenges to help them live independently.
  
  
• Bethany Home serves 113 people in long-term care and rehabilitation care. More than 90 percent of the rooms are private. We offer a wide variety of rehabilitation services such as physical, occupational and speech therapy. All rehabilitation rooms have wireless internet access.
  
  
• Bethany Home also offers on-site adult day services for families who need care services during the week. Participants are enrolled from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday to Friday. Meals and snacks are provided.

Social, Wellness, and Spiritual Choices

• We offer a variety of engaging recreational, fitness, and spiritual programming for our residents.
  
  
• Bethany Community has a coffee shop where you can catch up with friends, as well as a beauty and barber shop.
  
  
• Bethany's Wellness Center is a great place to exercise. You don't have to be a resident of Bethany Community to use this great resource, which features fitness equipment that any person can adjust to their physical level.
  
  
• Need a book? We have several small libraries.
  
  
• Catch up on the latest news or e-mail or talk online with family and friends at Internet-connected terminals located throughout the Bethany Community. Our rehabilitation area also has full wireless service.
  
  
• Bethany Community and our parent organization Ecumen are affiliated with the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) and we provide spiritual services of multiple denominations led by local faith leaders and an onsite chaplain.

Safe, Convenient, Worry Free Living

• Don't want to shovel snow? Don't worry. We provide all maintenance, landscaping and snow removal.
  
  
• We have online grocery store ordering available and store-to-door service at Winona Shores and Bethel Manors.
  
  
• We provide a secure centralized entry area, so only guests that you want to visit can do so.
  
  
• For an additional fee Bethel Manors and Winona Shores offer you "home health services" including medication assistance, housekeeping, laundry, bathing/grooming and meals.
